In order to better help diagnose your issue, answer as many as you can from the following. A couple will be kind of obvious such as growing indoors.

1) Q: What exactly are you growing? And how many are you growing? (indoor or outdoor, and ROUGHLY where are you located if growing outdoor)
A:
2) Q: What are the dimensions of your grow space?
A:
3) Q: what is the size of pot(s) you are using?
A:
4) Q: What lights are you using & at what TRUE WATTS FROM THE WALL.... LED, HPS/MH...? ( & how many ) and any specs you can add on your lights will be a plus
*& at what distance is your lights from you canopy?
A:
5) Q: What is your grow medium? Hydro, Soil, Soilless? give details
A:
6) Q: What light schedule are you on and at what week of growth? How many hours light on, how many hours dark?
A:
7) Q: What is the average temp and humidity of your grow space in a 24hour span. Does it jump around a lot?
A:
8 ) Q: What do you water with? Sink water, RO water? and how often do you water and what signs do you look for that tells you it's time to water?
A:
9) Q: Describe your air circulation. If using fans, what is your CFPM?
A:
9 ) Q: Do you PH your water? if so what is your PH? And are you SURE your PH pen is calibrated. If you don't calibrated AT LEAST once per grow cycle, your PH is most likely off.
A:
10) Q: What nutrients are you feeding with, and at what dosage per Gal/Ltr and how often and how much per plant? What's your PPM <--google if you don't understand.
A:

looks like a major calcium def, but u say you add calmag. maybe your pH is too low.

when he asked grow medium he wanted to know what the medium is not how much of it. but if you're in soil your pH is too low. also pH should vary. shouldnt always be 6.0. in soil you want it between 6.5 and 7.0 and to be a little different each time. thats my best guess.

yep. have you been keeping track of your feed in ppm or EC? if youve been feeding a lot of nutrients and your plants still look like that you might want to just give them some pure 7.0 pH water with no nutrients. maybe just a little cal-mag.

the spots on the leaves wont fully go away. but the plant will get healthier immediately which will improve your final yield/quality.

ppm/ec is a measure for how much nutrients are in the water. you can use a tool to check it.

depending on what your medium is, you want give your plants a certain amount of ppm/ec.
