Hey everyone I'm new today :D

I had my first few puffs of weed on this last Friday that has just gone. I went round a friends house for a sleepover and when I got there his other 2 friends were smoking it. I got very nervous because I had never done it before. I said no at first when my friend offered but then later I asked if I could try it. It was really fun in the end one of the best sleepover nights I had in a long while. We ended up just chilling playing xbox smoking spliffs and taking a few hits on a bong. it was great.
My friend said that after you inhale from the bong u have to inhale again but I didn't think u needed to inhale again ? Can someone elaborate on this ?

Sorry when I ment inhale again I ment inhale just normal air straight after inhaling on the bong without breathing out again in between :P I thought u just inhale the bong then exhale :P lol

I see what u mean now I do not intentionally suck fresh air after a bong hit and don't think u need to. Inhaling the smoke then exhale is what I do....but I guess it depends on the person and they way they like to smoke
