Hi advice

Thank you so far on all the information!

I am experiencing some kind of "leaf burn" or dying out of the 2 bottom leaves and would like to know if something can be done about it or what did i do wrong and if the plant will do good afterwards... thank you, pics bellow

P.s.: the lights are about 5 cm away from the plant and the temperature is arround 25°C...

It has been feed coffe ground tea and bird guano tea.
Repoting should fix the issue?

The other bottom 2 leaves have turned almost colourless and the ones above are starting to do so aswell... Am i dealing here with a nitrogen deficiency? And if so how can i solve the problem a.s.a.p.?
