Hey old farts..how many over 50 yrs?

I'd be a Millionaire if I'd kept all those comic books.........

I would have a lot more $$ if I never would have started doing coke. Now that I think about it I wonder how much I spent on drugs starting with marijuana over the years. Wow my marbles should be fried by now.

Another subject...looking back what one thing would you change about your life if you could?

remember all those nuclear apocalypse drills oh man those were fun

If I were to put all the pot I've smoked since 1967 in a pile how big would it be?
The 1 thing I'd of changed in my life?
Just 1???? You have to be kidding Bro.

I don't much remember the duck and cover drills Probably cause were I lived.
Chester, Westwood, Red Bluff. If they ever drop the bomb here I hope it falls on my house,
who'd want to survive a nuke. bomb?

I was working at a college recently and had to go down to the "basement", bigger than a crawlspace but not enough room to stand up, dirt floor. I found a beer can that didn't even have a pull tab, it had the two triangular openings you find from using an can opener...

No, that's not an opener, it's a church key

I saw your sig. I had an etch-a-sketch...forgot about it. And a toy with a face under plastic that you moved iron filins with a little magnet.

I still have my trolls too...and I remember the little pickaninny dolls. How about "RatFink" stuff, used to get the little ones in gumball machines. And Kiddles, little dolls in lockets to wear....I still have several. Sold all my Barbies and Bryer Horses. I still have some hotwheels too, the van with the little surfboards is my favorite.

Tonka trucks (yes I was a tomboy) and green army men! Used to love blowing up those little green army guys with firecrackers.
Tonka trucks to haul my Hot Wheels to the race track! And I still have two shoe boxes full of plastic army figures(the ones that survived the magnifying glass nuclear attacks. The soldier kneeling with the bazooka is my all time favorite.....Good times indeed...

Who remembers where they were and what they were doing when JFK was shot? I vividly remember being out playing in the barn when mom ran out of the house screaming for my father. Only time I ever saw my Grandpa shed a tear. Later that evening going to the local diner to watch their TV. We didnt have one yet. IMO a big turning point in American history......

I too remember this ,but barely. I still wonder why they killed both the Kennedy's

There was some serious shit going on back then I remember when Jack Ruby shot Oswald. My Dad said that it was a setup, and that the CIA had taken Kennedy down. Everybody thought he was crazy, but these days I'm not so sure.

We got lead outt of our school rooms for an assembly. Fallout shelter area. We were told our parents were coming to get us. 3rd grade maybe? They thought there was gonna be a nuclear attack. We lived in Canada then as my dad worked there.
