Before you do it ask yourself a few questions.
Why am I doing "it"?
Are there unwanted side effects to "it"
How does "it" work?


Bloom boosters.
Defoliating.
Flushing.
Etc...

I know a guy who has grown for generations who still has no real method. His crops are hit and miss he has no idea what he is really applying and when pushed he spouts the holy grail.
It makes the buds bigger, mumbles the word hormones and looks at his feet in shame.

There is no shame in not knowing.
It is a shame to watch him ruin crop after crop when all he has to do is ask himself why and how does it work before leaping.

Sound advice. Always take notes and keep a journal of what works and what does not. Develop your method over time so every time (well almost) you have a decent harvest.
