Yeah- the more light the better. Getting a little fan to blow some circulation in there is a good idea, you dont want a massive wind and its better to have it directed off something else first so it's not directly hitting the plants, but they will love the fresh air and the air circulation will make them have stronger stems. With CFLs you can get the light REALLY close, like crazy close. The main thing people talk about with lighting being too close is more with 1000watts, bigger lighting that makes the room way too hot and will burn the leaves if too close. Your plants should recover, they may be a little stunted from stressing, but then again some stress on plants causes the bud to be amazing. Do you know what strains they are? Doing research on your strains is a good idea if you do know, some are more finicky with nutrients [are you planning on doing nutrients? or are you? because your plants will have deficiencies..]. Make sure when you water you get a little bit of run off out of the cups, when the top soil gets dry and you can see a space forming in between the soil and the cup it is time to water again, if it doesnt look like that dont- its better to underwater then to overwater.

Im not sure if a white primer would work... im pretty sure you need actual flat white paint. But then again im not 100% sure. Kush's are indicas and normally flower pretty fast, and grows very short and bushy. There's really no strain called Dro, whoever.. or wherever you got that from told you wrong- most people will refer to grows that are in HYDROPONICS as 'Dro'.. Check out technaflora nutrients, they have a nutrient kit that is only 35 dollars, and it comes with their entire line. Its not really a high end nutrient company, but it is definitely good for beginners. Comes with the feeding schedule.
