Hey Guys...What's Next? I've Made the Decision to Harvest

Ive put mine in the dark for 3 days since the beginning. Not saying its right. haha

Just on the off chance that the whole "thc gets destroyed by uv rays from the sun then rebuilds in the night" theory.

But after the first few times i started to like using those 3 days in the dark to let the plants start to slowly dry out before i chop them.

adds 3 days to "flower" time but takes 3 days off my drying time with the same good results.

So ive never not put them in the dark so ive never noticed a difference. haha just one of those things you hope for.

and 1-3 days isnt alot of time to make a difference between harvesting now and not harvesting and waiting the few days

I tell you, it takes you by surprise. Then your hustling to get ready for the next phase. Lol, I was justing getting comfortable with growing!

absolutely beautiful. cut em down. For what it's worth >> everything I've read and experienced on my own - once the trich's get cloudy, it's time to harvest. Even after you harvest the trich's will continue to develop for a short while. At any point you see amber, the potency is on the decline..

I've done a lot of reading about what I can do with the trimmings. I don't like the idea of just wasting all that good THC by throwing it away. I'd like to make into something for edibles so my wife would enjoy in cookies and brownies. She can't find that happy point with the vaporizer, either it's too much and she zonks out or too little and she doesn't feel anything.

Damn man your plants turned out beautifully! I'm finally germing mine and two are about to pop, I accidentally unearthed the taproot (which at this point was about an inch) oops! I hope I can get some stellar plants like yours, will be growing 3x Polar Express Auto, 3x WW x Big Bud (being planted outside once it warms up) and 1x Black Russian. Pretty stoked, should be some good smoke!
