Hey guys need help I'm new grower is this normal?

Hey guys it's been a few weeks grow even bigger Anyways it looks good was wondering if I start adding fertilizer or its still early?

Don't add anything for two weeks your plant is growing at a rate it cannot support itself. Get some new soil and rinse the soil and let it drain at least three times. Be slow and patient don't pour drizzle. Take your finger poke a hole in the center 3/4 the length of your stem.( Pinky finger) place in hole fill hole. Don't just push soil together. Make sure to add some sort of coarse rock or perlite if you got it. Or anything that will help your soil drain properly.

Don't add anything for two weeks or until the seedling leaves fall off or wither

Hey guys it got bigger anyways I noticed not sure if it's normal near the buttom of the big leafs there's something hairy and white?

I zoomed in and it looks fine to me, you might want to back off of the watering a little bit looks too moist.
