Hey guys, just a few questions before i start first pc grow

Hello, I'm about to start my first ever pc grow. I'm gonna use the Mr. Grow Pro CFL soil (I know it's pretty expensive but I'm pretty shit at building stuff).The dimensions of the pc are 26.5x18x8 in.
The seeds I have are Barney's Farm Critical Kush and Dinafem OG Kush, both feminized (I hope).

The most important thing for me is stealth, the pc has a carbon filter and I got ONA gel so I hope that is enough to mask it. But I'm only doing one plant to see how it goes.

My question is regarding lightening, I have read a lot about 12/12 from seed in order to keep the size of the plant small which is more ideal for me . Do you think if I do that + lst + scrog i can get an ok yield? I'm only looking for around 15g as I don't smoke that much anyways and when I do smoke I do it alone, I just want some good bud to help me sleep when i get insomnia and to chill sometimes.
Also thinking of ordering the fox farm trio online, are they good enough or should I get anything else?

I don't think you should start 12/12 from seed.. better do some veg, bend her + scrog, defoliate, then flip 12/12, just dont veg that box full!

I agree with uzerneims.
Although I know seed gets a little taller than clones before establishing much lateral growth. you have a height issue.

Also for nutrients is the bio bizz trio pack good? Has Bio Bloom, Bio Groom and Top Max

Just be careful with the nutes, too little is always better than too much nutes. If autoflowers, be real careful, alot easier to burn up, I always start with half strength nutes and will increase slightly every third watering, maybe by 25% till I reach full nute dosing to avoid burn or root lockout, a little is better than too much cause you can just add more later, your ladies will thank you..
