i used to weight 285 LBS @ 5'8...... i was FAT, theres no other way to say it.
then i started to ride my bike, do some physical labour AND
i started smoking pot again.
after i started smoking the pot while doing physical labour, and stopped eating snacks started eating actual meals 3 times a day i started to lose like 4 LBS per week..... it took me around 200 days to lose 120 LBS.
i currently weight 167 LBS. i am physically the best shape i have ever been in..... and mentaly when i look @ myself in the mirror i dont feel like shit any more, it feels like i actualy have something to live for......
