Top then LST. It basically gives you more main kolas. I am only on my third grow. But you can look at my journal.
Bushy comes from good light as much as anything, so energy isn't spent stretching for light. But each new top increases yield.
With topping/FIM and then LST about a week later I am getting about six main tops per plant vs one if I left her alone.
