Hermied?

I believe one of my plants has hermied and needs to be cut down immediately. Does this look like a male flower to you guys? I'm finding them just starting to form in most big top buds.

need a better pic,grab some dutch masters reverse,it will make the pollen sterile,dont trash your girls ,I always keep some on hand,your supposed to use it before like insurance ,but it says it can be used late too.I have had good success with strains that hermie.

Sorry I can't improve the pic. It's looks like a little yellow flower growing out of bud. It definitely isn't pistils. It looks like a yellow colored banana shaped leaf. I'm two weeks from harvest and accidentally left the temp controller off and temps got above 80.

hey boss. that could be a female pistol in there. let it go check it daily. if it starts to look more funky. ( CUT THE BAD SPOT OFF ) with a sharp razor. I had an entire crop 72 plants herm on me shit genetics . that's how I kept them in check . cut the possible herm off and keep fingers crossed . and I kept all the parts I cut off and dry them to smoke.
