when you say trics are white..are they "filled out" like a mushroom cap at end of stalk? What strain? I would wait, you will have a few seeds but the rest of the smoke should be good. As long as dried/cured properly

I would take it down then if it is just bag seed. Chalk it up to a learning experience, I have had similar happen in past. My light schedule got messed up when power went out and was enough to stress her enough to hermie. good luck

Power outages will not cause hermies. It is light during the dark period that causes hermies, not the other way around. If light interrupts the dark, it confuses the plant, if dark interrupts light, it is a cloudy day to the plant! Look elsewhere for the cause. W

oh bro, i feel for ya, nothing worse than a late flower hermi...but 7 weeks isnt bad if the pollen sacks r just poppin up...look at it this way, it will take atleast a week for the pollen to develop, and atleast another 3-4 days after the pollen drops b4 the seed even starts to really form...i say finish her, and pluck whatever balls you see..
EDIT: but if you got clones, kill the little fuckers, n start over with a new seed, also, alot of times the hermi isnt from any stress, its more likly to be in the genetics from the start...
