This may be my first Hermie, it's Sunday driver and it's it's a seed I got from a shake bag I got from a buddy only one seed in a ounce. I only see two possible sacks every other branch looks to just have flowering buds. If they're sacks can I just remove the 2?IMG_20211012_232322.jpgIMG_20211012_232534.jpgIMG_20211012_232650.jpgIMG_20211012_232657.jpg

I pushed on it and it looks like it was immature seed. I read online that it doesn't make more and I keep a eye on it. It should be fine, will the Hermie tendencies have it create more?

"Giant node calyxes" I call them. Most of my plants get them and they do not seem to have anything to do with herm'ing as these same plants never did so. The lower ones mature long before the buds and will turn yellow or brown by the time the plant is done. I just knock them off.

Just look like swollen calyx's to me but if you wanna be sure pull it off open it up won't hurt the plant but pretty sure it will be empty inside don't feel bad I did the same thing first time I saw one as did probably most people novice growers on here lol happy growing mate plant looks great though

You might want to lollipop them branches so you end up with bigger top bud and less popcorn I normally wait till just after the stretch in flower actually just did mine about 30 minutes ago happy growing

Yeah I started to defoliate a little yesterday but sure will finish it after the stretch I think one more week and I'll do the final defoliation they're at day 15 flower.

4th pic from top - the zoomed-in one - confirms it. Those are oversized calyxes that form at nodes. I remember being freaked out by them the first time I saw them as well. If you look at the one on the right you'll see it does in fact contain pistils

Yeah I freak it's not a Hermie it's a oversized calyxes although the first pic one did have a immature seed. I'm guessing I stressed it out a little by letting it dry out a little while ago and it must have made one.

I have extremely low tolerance for herms, especially early ones. Perpetual garden can have a real clusterfuck with hermie in the mix. Late nanners I pluck unless persistent.
