If a plant hermie's or throws nanners and pollinates itself, is there any genetic diversity between those seeds?

Grow them out and see as an experiment.
I did, and I'm glad I went against the grain lol.
I had plants self seed fairly heavily from an undetected light source, long since corrected.
I grew/ grow those seeds, and have had 0 problems.
Just my experience.

There is some genetic differences. You only have the dna of one plant but there are different expressions of dominant and resistive genes

Hermie will create genetics that continue on hermie most of the time.

Nanners are different. If stress induced and not a genetic trait. Those will create viable female seeds that are not prone to doing it again.
