I have had a few hermies in my grows so i know what they look like . I now have a plant which has been flowering for a little over 4 weeks very nice until i inspected closely ...
in a few places i see what appear to be balls but they look much different than i am used to they are hardly round at at all they are growing right off the stalk just below the colas (topped plant) they have 2 little orange hairs sticking out of each there are only a few of these. I am hoping it is not a hermie however with my track record they probably are. I do remeber seeing a post with detailed pics of plant anatomy I wish i had some pics to show if anyone knows just from my description i would appreciate an answer and if anyone knows where the plant anatomy pics are and could direct me there i would also appreciate that. thank you

sadly i believe you are correct I have cut all i could find off is this my only option this is a very nice looking plant aside from this issue the other 3 I have flowering have 0 "balls" on them. If I am diligent in my removal of the male flowers could this still turn into a decent harvest? This is 100 % personal smoke, sinsimiellia (sp?) would be nice but a few seeds i can deal with. I wish i knew what i was doing wrong i assumed erratic lighting my first few attempts was the culprit but i have done everything in my power to not let this happen again anyways thanks for the answer I am getting a cable to hook my cam up to my pc then i will have some pics sad to see such a beautiful plant going down this road I do still have a mother plant and i may have finally gotten the hang of cloning not sure but the last few i cut seem to be doing good . The only issue i have is ventilation which i am fixing could this be the source? I am using a small part of a larger room to grow and all i have now is a portable heater which removes air as it is throwing very mellow heat but it is just sending it into the larger part of the room. I also have a fan blowing a different direction to help oh well live and learn i suppose thanks

if your light cycle is messed up... fix it and you wont get hermies. if you have light leaks, close them and you wont get as many hermies. plan plan plan

i took care of the lighting issues this time way before they were in flower. maybe ventilation or temperature too low not sure
