Hermi?

Kind of new at this but one of my plants looks wierd. Its smaller than the rest and buds are tiny. Bottom buds have tons of pistols but top are small and wierd. This is a blueberry strain. Thanks in advance.

Not a hermie, looks like too much Nitrogen. Plant might be confused.
