That does appear to be a pollen sac 
I would get it out soon, remember there is pollen stored in there that is ready and it is microscopic and can be seeping out even as we speak. mist the plant heavily, put a plastic trash bag over it and gently remove it from your other plants.

Looks like the only stem with one, well 2. I read someone just removed them with tweezers. well if it is going to jeopardize the other 2 girls then it must go! I'm still gonna smoke it LOL. Thanks.That does appear to be a pollen sac

I checked and only found 2 on the one stem and another mini one. I removed them. Goto try and let them grow. I haven't smoked in more than 4 months. I goto have it ya feel me?

It does look like sacs and I did not have any luck with cutting them off, still infected the rest of my plants. If the smoke is all yours and you like the strain enough let it stay and collect the seeds but if not you want to get it out. I still had fire ass smoke but some buds were loaded with seeds and some didn't have any.

I've started to break her down lower stems first and I'm finding more and some are right in the center of the micro buds.

I'm fortunate to have my Box in my office so I can see what's going on every hour or so. It's only 18 days of bloom now. I'll leave it like this and see what's up. Hopefully it won't die now after all the trimming.
