that is to young to smoke.
in my opinion trash it(unless there is any smokeable buds).
i dont know about making hash from it.
any males or hermies i get are flushed down the toilet(to avoid pollenation).
i know its a bummer but shit happens.
if you have females or are going to grow some more then trash them now and ridd the pollen.

i have females but like i said it looks like some of the pollen sacks on the hermies have already opened. chances are the females are pollenated?? any suggestions on ridding my cabinet of pollen after this grow?

if your fems are pollinated the first sign you will see is early browning of the pistils on the fems.
if thats the case flush all males down the toilet and if the fems are turning hermie take what smokable buds you can get from it now and then flush them as well as the condition will get worse(more pollination).
when rid of all plants clean your growroom from top to bottom dust everything down and hoover up then start again fresh.
its happened to me and thats what i did now i only grow 100% sensemilla
and when i see the very first signs of herms or males they are flushed immediately.
