Herer AF is blocked

The flowering AF plant has blocked and has not grown for 10 days.
There can be three reasons:
1. Molasses 1Tbs/gallon (first molasses crop)
2. Full dose of fertilizer from the Biobizz table (2 times), instead of 1/2 as always I gave.
3. Small invasion of thrips

What do you think?
I think the plant will unlock after doing the flush, but the problem is that I don't know what the cause is.

Does not grow for 10days, the one on the left.
On the right, diesel is before watering, which is why it looks so poor.

I thought that molasses is fine, a lot of people give it and have no problems.
But it also seems to me that it is the fault of molasses.
And how do you give BioBizz fertilizers to AF, full dose or half?

If using a spinosad then please be responsible upon application and disposal of any leftovers due to the fact it's highly toxic to bees.:peace:

Kill the thrips too. I use 1oz Monterey Spinosad added to my feed and do a root drench every three days until they are gone.
Do you foliar spray with it too, or just a root drench?

Molasses can lower the soil pH. Have you been giving 1 tbls per gal at every watering?

A LITTLE Molasses is only used to feed the microorganisms, not your plant. Once you've fed them once, leave them alone for 6-8 weeks. You could use a bit of DRY UNCOOKED (I had to say it) rolled oats in your soil instead. You know... mush. aka Porridge.

Ok. now I understand what's going on. I watered too often, once every 4 days, each time adding fertilizers and molasses. All because of these damn internet guides, where I don't know why, the authors recommend using molasses with every watering. I found a little better instruction here:

"The most effective way to use molasses on cannabis plants at the beginning of the flowering stage is sparingly. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of molasses to 1 gallon (3.5 L) of water and pour directly onto the soil. Do this once every three weeks to start.

Then, as the flowering stage progresses, you can increase both the dosage and frequency. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of molasses (30-45 ml) to 1 gallon of water and pour the mixture onto the soil as well as spray the leaves. This can be done once every two weeks until you’re ready to harvest."

Thank you for your help, at least I found out what I'm doing wrong.

I would still like to know in what dosage to use Biobizz fertilizers for AF plants. Full dose from the table or 1/2?

I've been using Blumat Classic (indoor/soil) so I don't have to water manually. Ever. Combine that supersoil so I don't have to feed, and it's banging on all cylinders.

I have two per pot.

It's been 4 days since I rinsed it, it still looks the same for now. Maybe do another flush? And finally give fertilizer?
