I'm watching, lol. That map of your trails is pretty impressive. You'll catch some pretty amazing photos with that camera. Hopefully just animals visit your grow, but they are some cool shots.
thanks picasso, I just have to figure out where to put the bush cam, i think it needs to be put pretty close to whatever i want to watch... should be interesting what i get pics of.
was starting to wonder where everyone went, haven't been getting too many replies...

You know stoners, they'll stop by on their own goofy schedule. Did you ever see that the Brown Dirt Warrior's grow on Youtube? You talking about hauling supplies in the woods reminded me of that. Worth the time if you haven't watched.

YouTube - brwndirtwarrior's Channel

It's known by many names: pot, weed, marijuana, ganja. smoke. But it stands for one thing -- freedom.
Name: Browndirt

What does it take to get a quarter million bucks worth of the world's finest outdoor marijuana to you when growing is still illegal in this part of the world? A whole lot of blood-sweat-and-tears, that's what! Browndirt now raises the bar on reality-based programming with this watershed presentation. Will he avoid myriad pitfalls like police, marauding herbivores, thieves, and nature's wrath to bring you your sun kissed B.C. bud? See this episodic drama unfold over the course of the summer and fall -- from planting to harvest.

lol can you tell i watched that... was thinking about trying his watering system, with the bucket and tubing. i must say i was inspired by that video, but there was no way i could get bags of soil that size out there... i had enough trouble getting the ones i had there, kayak's don't have that much storage space, at least the one i have doesn't... wish he would put up another video tho

He is looking for investors right now to get a print made to enter it in some film festivals.

Being a W33d Baron isn't quite as glamorous as I always had imagined when a guy works that hard and just gets poorer, lol.

I used to do some ocean kayaking and I would have to carry my own fresh water, so I know exactly how that paddling was, 10 gallons of water isn't a picnic either. When you're lying in the sun next to your giant plants, you'll remember it as fun though.

If you haven't started nutes yet, you should give them a taste.

any advice on nutes to start with? i know i should give them 1/4 strength approx to start...

p.s. to give you guys a heads up, i sent a application in today to a compassion center, I am starting my journey to getting my medical marijuana card(which is extremely hard in canada to get). found out I would be a cat 1 recipient...(would help to explain my complaint about my day after dropping off supplies) didn't even think about trying till i joined this site, basically cause it is not a well known subject up here. there are only a few thousand people in canada that can possess/grow there own legally. if anyone has any advice on that please check my thread in the medical marijuana section

Good thinking on the card. That helps a few ways.

Some organic nutes are good. I use FoxFarm stuff, but I'm indoors, I don't know what would work best in your situation.

I would also suggest using organics, very forgiving for a beginner and hard to over do it with organics. Along with the health benefits. Fox farms is good but they are not pure organics, some of there products are but not all of them even though they advertise that way.

ok... talked to the guy at the local hydro store, and was recommended a "nutrient supplement for tomatoes and flowering plants" 10-52-10, said it can be used to promote the groth of roots and also be used when it comes time to flower... my ph is between 6 and 7 right now, i check the ph my water and adjust accordingly... but i should probably get a digital meter, i am using the strip tester right now(spent too much money already) but just picked up a big ass jug of reverse osmosis distilled water with ozone added for $4.95 from home depot

i read that you can use molasses for nutrients. heat it up a bit so it mixes well with the water. 1 Tablespoon per 1 Gallon of water.

If you use mollasses try to get the unsulpherd kind i use grandmas mollasses you can buty it at a grocery store, also be careful with it there is magnesium, calcium, and iron in it, so if you are using epsom salts then i would alternate molasses with the epsom salts. I believe molasses is better during flowering because of the carbs that your plant will use
