Well you should ask for a refund then. You have that option. I had an order take longer than it was suppose to and I sent them an email and they emailed my back with an option to resend one more time or refund but they also said to wait 5 more business days before I my the claim(to resend or refund)I paid for it and my order got seized, herbies said they would only resend one time then I am shit out of luck, I got the email saved if you don't believe me. And I still haven't received the resent beans sooooo.....fuck herbies.
