Yes, I got their International Tracked Insured Mail. They sent it in a mothers day card and emailed me saying that due to customs problems they were unable to send a tracking number. There were 15 seeds total. Dutch Passion Purple, Ceres Skunk, Snowbud, White Widow, and Ak48

You and me both. This is the first time that I've heard about something like this. I really hope this is a one time thing and doesn't become the normal pattern. I've made over 5 orders from them and they were ALWAYS top notch and have become my go to guys 100%

Ive used Herbies a lot. Never really had a problem. Had 3 seeds get crushed once. I emaiked them without a pic and they resent it immediately. I asked, "do I need to send a pic of the crushed seeds?" and they just said dont worry about it. The new seeds arrived in no time at all, plus a few extra freebies for my trouble. So i have no doubt Herbies will make this right for you mate. These things happen sometimes...tis just the nature of the beast. Just be polite when you email them bacause theyre not going to go out of thir way to help you if youre being unreasonable. So yea, dont stress fella.

Thanks guys, I got a reply back from them an hour ago asking for some pictures so they could "look into it for me." And no, getting an attitude is not in my nature when it comes to things being shipped. Mainly because Ebay taught me lessons early on. However, I just sent them pictures of the seeds and am waiting on a reply. We'll see what happens next...

sometimes i've seen customs simply smash all the seeds and send them on, thinking that they're funny...
was the entire order smashed op, or just 15 out of the entire order?? if they were all smashed, i'd bet it was the work of someone at customs as i've seen this before..

All 14 out of 15 were smashed (I found a ceres intact this morning and almost shit.) It doesn't appear to be the work of an individual, but just the USPS likes to toss a lot of shit on top of a lot of shit on top of a lot of shit. It was sent in a blahblah blah. I would generally discourage you from discussing how they ship their seeds on the forum, but since youve already done it I'll chime in. I recently got an order from them, packaged the same way. My seeds were fine, but I could easilu see how they could get crushed. No real protection at all. And Im not a fan of the lack of tracking number now too...but thats just me being silly. Doesnt really matter.

and hey fuking, hope you don't mind m8, i simply try and edit out w/e people put details of stealth shipping methods, or more so, pix of the packaging so not everyone and their mothers knows how these things come..

However, I just received a response saying, "Many thanks for providing photos of your damaged order #**********.
We can now either resend a duplicate order at no further charge via standard Airmail (we'll resend your order within a '*****' rather than the previous method, which should provide much more protection to the contents) or we can refund your card for your order total. Please note that we will be unable to resend again or refund you should the second package not arrive or also suffers any damage whilst in transit.
Please let us know what you'd like to do; we'll wait to hear from you

I had an order from Hemp Depot crushed a while back, damn customs or PO ran the envelope over. Both sides had tire tracks, the pricks. Going to place some more orders, spread around different banks. Maybe closer to Christmas as the volume will be greater and they won't catch them as easy. Definitely will try Herbies and Sea of Seeds and Hemp Depot again.
