Herbies Seized

My first time EVER ordering and of course its shit luck lol. The fat bodies in Los Angeles got their donut glazed fingers on 1 out of 2 my packages, so i tried to contact Herbies and they are totally ignoring me. I went back and looked at my email thinking i might have said something stupid, turns out i didnt. So basically im guessin im fucked out of that one (doesnt bother me too mjch i got the order i really wanted). So if anyone has any ideas or input, it would be greatly appreciated

I had great luck with Herbies......I've gotten every order. It sounds like you didn't get the "Super Stealth" shipping, which is always worth paying extra for.

yeah i did, super stealth on both of them, thats why im thinking it was just pure bad luck lol

Herbie's is a pretty popular site so give them enough time to respond to your problem. My guess is they are being overrun with border confiscations and that you are now one on a long list of current orders lost. Mostly just assumption on my part though, just seems like there are an aweful lot of confiscations going on.

I think if you got the s/s shipping it may cover reolacement (jus what i've heard)

Thanks but ya, i already got it with the green tape, the only response i got from Herbies is that my package arrived, well no shit sherlock, i was just wondering if they would send me some freebies on another order (but im fucked on that being as my address is compromised). I will give them a couple days to respond back but it seems as if they dont want anything to do with me which i dont blame them there isnt shit they can do, just bad luck, i got my koshers in the other order so fuck it, im gonna cut my losses and run

I'd say if ya dont get a response from email ring them bro. I kno its oversea's and shit but..........

Basically all i can say is Herbies is awesome and there super stealth works, i was stupid and put in 2 orders within the same week, so i can only blame that on my own ignorance, impatience, and over-zealousness. Live and learn from this, and hopefully my info will help you succeed where i have lost. Best of luck!



(UPDATE) They replied and are fuckin amazing, cant really go into detail but if anyone is questioning ordering from them don't! I feel like an asshole for my skepticism, but ya they not only lived up to their 5 star customer service rating but exceeded it by far!

I thought it would turn out OK. Herbies has been doing this a long time and they know how to do it right. If they didn't they would have been history a long time ago. Glad to hear the good news !!
