Herbies Seed Co Honest Review First Time Buy For First Grow!

Alright guys, this is my first time buying any kind of cannibas seeds online and after a couple weeks of looking I finally found one I thought was worth trusting. I ordered from Herbies Seeds on Tuesday July 5th. I received my seeds today July 18th. I live in Indiana so I was worried my seeds would not arrive. I began to worry as the shipping was supposed to be 5-10 days with possible delays at customs. But the came today. I received the following seeds.

Payed around $76 USD for:
3 sweet seeds Black Creme Auto Fem
3 sweet seeds Red Poison Auto Fem
1 LSD 25 Auto Fem

They also include free seeds with your order that change (not sure how often) but you get more as you order more.

Free seeds:
1 Sweet seeds black creme auto fem (buy any sweet seeds get 1 free seed of same kind)
1 sweet seeds red poison auto fem ( same as above)
1 Delicious Candy Fem
2 Afghani Regular

Again this was my first order of seeds and although I was skeptical I'm happy I went with Herbies! I see a lot of people that get ripped off from other seed banks and I would like to help my fellow stoners/growers out.

This is also going to be my first grow. I will be growing the autoflower only under 2 600 Watt viparspectra LED lights, all in 5 gallon pots using coco coir and the GH Flora Series with CaliMagic. Using 18/6 light schedule. I will be creating a grow journal when I start my grow so be prepared! And I know people are going to say get better quality lights but I am doing this as a test to see how the lights would work and how the nutrients would work. I haven't been able to find a grow from beginning to end on the vitraspectre led lights. My goal is to help first time growers looking for budget led lights grow good flowers on a small budget or help others that are skeptical of cheap led lights. All criticism is welcome, just know I was going to go with G8led lights but I wouldn't be able to afford the size lighting I would need to grow all 9 of my autos. Ill have my grow journal started within the next month as I am still moving into my new house, but be patient for an honest review with cheap leds and autoflowering strains. And again Thanks to Herbies for providing me with my first strains for growing!

I'm growing Herbies stock right now.
Super lemon haze and Bubba Kush. Both from Green house seeds.
Harvested the kush y-day and the SLH is still about a week off.
The quality of the plants is fantastic and exactly what herbies claimed.

The only thing about Herbies was...It took 7 seeds planted to get 4 growers. Not the most poppy. Old? Got frozen during delivery?
Alls good now...It is harvest time, the BEST time.

I also got some free seeds and planted 1, the Bubbas gift. It was...meh. Fair quality but bad growth and low production.
I think perhaps that free is free for a reason???

I got an order comming within the next 7 days, here is a seed I got from Herbies 4 years ago and grew this year. So far I'm happy with his stock but I'm also gonna try a few other banks over the fall

I started germination of 4 black creme autos, 4 red poison autos, and 1 lsd 25 auto on 8/10. All 9 popped and were ready to plant today. I put the lsd25 in a 5 gal pot with Colorado's moonshine batch 64. I put the other 8 in red solo cups until I can get to the store to get more soil and 8 more 5 gal pots. (Didn't realize how much soil I would actually need since this is my first real grow) I realize its august and they won't finish until early to mid November but I decided to go ahead and put them outside to see how they grow this time of year. I will update once or twice a week with pictures to show how they grow and weather or not I have a good/bad experience with the soil. Overall I am very happy with herbies as 9/9 seeds germinated properly, I started germination on the Delicious Candy Fem today as a gift for my girlfriends wife who has MS and enjoys just being able to have one growing. She just found out the one she had growing was a male so I thought I would replace it

I got to say herbies is #1 in customer service. Probably one of the best but prices are a little high compared to Gorilla.
I got 2 gorilla glue and 1 girl scout cookies,a free cheesecake auto and 1 incredible bulk,so far soaked for 24hrs,using a heat mat in paper towel with rapid rooter plugs on standby and always the same way I germ... 1 damn seed poped open in 4 days. Never had it take that long to show at least a crack.
Think I'm gonna give gorilla seeds a try.
I'm starting to think Herbies is giving out a little old stock or fast is,so I'm gonna stay clear from there for seed till next spring,but you never know gorilla might win me over.

Might be a bad batch,I'm sure they would make it right with you if you called. But I have had all 4 black creme autos, 4 red poison autos, 1 lsd25, and a delicious candy fem (started germination yesterday, already starting to break open) out of 12 seeds I received 10 germinated properly and all 9 of the autoflowers have already started sprouting. (Put them in pots straight from germination) 2 of the black creme still have seed casing around them but are visibly out of the soil. Will continue to update but so far satisfied with being my first order and grow! I still have 2 afghani reg I haven't touched yet, wanted to limit myself to 10 plants. And as far as price I was happy to pay a little extra over other companies for quality and security. I was able to pay with card and it shipped to Indiana and all my seeds germinated. I payed around $76 for 12 seeds with stealth/guaranteed shipping. And there is also a 10% off coupon for orders over $100, but I was a little short from using it.

P.S. I placed 4 layers of damp paper towels on a large plate with seeds on top of the paper towels. Placed a couple more damp paper towels on top of that and then placed another plate over top also layered with damp paper towels and set it over top of the other plate to create a "dome" and then wrapped it in foil to keep moisture inside and left for around 2 days and they all popped. Everyone has their own way but with me being a noon grower this has worked greatly. Happy Growing!!!

There are a couple that advertise on here. Guerilla and the vault both are good seed banks.

ive had awesome results with my seeds from my last herbies order all have popped fine fast next day delivery in uk even when i only paid first class i ordered again today and yet more exciting freebies so lets see what happens customer service was happy to help when i asked to swap my regs for fems too

Well,fastbuds came thru for me. Seems they thought the same as me,just old stock was all it seems.they sent me 3 extra stardawg autos so I'm happy. Can't beat support like that.
As for herbies,I've switched to Attitude till spring and every month I order on Thier promo and get at least 12 to 19 freebie fems paying with bitcoin. Now I think I'm hooked.
