Herbies Review

I have come to the conclusion that Herbies does have excellent customer support and indeed do care about their customers, That's all guys.

Thank you for your email. To our deepest regret, the tracking of your parcel has not been updated for over 10 days, and we consider it as lost. At this point, we offer to send you a free duplicate of your parcel. Also we will add 3 bonus seeds from this list.

Would that be acceptable? Please let me know.

I totally understand you in this situation. To the USA we are shipping with the new delivery option. From now on, customers from the States need to provide a signature in order to receive their package from Herbies. This change drastically lowers the possibility of failed delivery. If you are not home when the package arrives, don’t worry – you can pick it up from your post office at any point over the next 15 days. The delivery time on this one in average according to our postal service is 8-10 days, but this may vary, depending on the country. We are ready to ship a duplicate towards you.

What would you prefer?

I mean... thats the mail system during a pandemic for you.
shit does get lost in the mail, and usps doesnt consider things "lost" until you attempt to recover them and give them enough time.

The first time I bought seeds from Europe took 16 weeks to arrive.

A golden camel? No. I just want my seeds I ordered over a month ago. Or a refund.
All rubbish like I said they should offer express shipping. I don't want 3 freebie seeds from a specific list which I already have 7 of already on the order I purchased. I don't want that auto glue/gelato bullshit I spent a lot of time researching specifically what strains I ordered.
The expected wait time says 3 weeks, Why should I have to wait 9-16 weeks? I will just use a different distributor Ie. Seedsherenow, or Attitude seed bank.

and its fine and dandy to use a new seed bank


but i mean it sounds like you had a lost package, which isnt uncommon but isnt the normal , it just happens, and youre bashing someone who contacted you to provide customer service because they see your prackage hasnt arrived.
the majority of businesses arent responsible for someones mail being lost.
its not herbies fault the mail system lost your package.

this package couldve gotten lost with attitude, amazon, seedshere, walmart whatever.

My concern is waiting another 4-6 weeks for the new package, It was already a month into delivery before it got lost. If they can't offer a better delivery service then that I don't want it.

I have had a 6 month wait before, shit happens sometimes. Go with the extra seeds, I bet as that new package arrives the lost package will show up.

USPS is really messed up right now. I ordered something from Amazon back in April. I waited until last week to request a refund. The day they issued the refund, the item showed up in my mailbox. It turned out the item wasn't as described, so I offered to return it. They told me to not bother and just keep it.

Yeah, I've found some genetics I really want to buy but they're in the UK and I'm not ready to deal with customs and all that right now with the virus situation, so I'm holding off ordering anything from outside the US. It sounds like they're really trying to do right by you. It can get frustrating for sure though.

They do have one of the best selections for UK strains. The seeds I ordered were from Barneys Farm and Pyramid seeds which are not available from other distributors. Going off topic now but the seeds I ordered are Tutunkamon by Pyramid and Liberty Haze and Red Dragon by Barneys and Zkittlez freebies. I am still excited for the new shipment in 8-10 days
