Been 13 days from the day I ordered them. No seeds yet in California. Also got an email from them saying they changed my package shipping method and I never got a tracking number.

Herbie's has great service 5 days to the Midwest and they replace any lost or damaged orders great guys.. What about midweek song thinking of them next?
Midweek Song is great. Ordered from them several times, wonderful service. Looks like I'm going to have to ask Herbie's for a resend. Dispatched on Jan. 8th and still nothing....

Yep, they give you a "if you don't receive your package by" date then send them an email and they will take care of it. I had a package that was intercepted by the agriculture folks and had nothing in it but a notice that "we destroyed your seeds". Took a picture of it and sent it to Herbies and they sent a new order will no probs......received the second shipment.

Yes I had an order come from Herbie's that was smashed sent them an email and they resent it no questions asked but all other ones have been fast 5 to 7 days
And about mws I am gonna order from them soon all you guys talk very highly of them and I will most definitely place an order, its just hard for me to get away from Herbie's but that roll20 promo code is worth checking out 20% off....

Won't have to ask for a resend after all. Herbie's arrived in the mailbox yesterday. Over two weeks just to get from the UK to here.....

How was the seedsman white widow? I just ordered that from Herbie's and they said it shipped in the 10th. But it's like been stuck on origin post is preparing shipment for a while even though the UK tracking site says it's in the US. (Its a common issue for all packages I hear though).
Wow after reading you all post I must say up until last month you couldn't tell me anything about Herbie's. But as I decided to shop else where, reason being no debit cards but only credit cards to certain extent and bank transfers etc well I found that more stealth is better and with that said sensible seeds is the Best option if none has tried them you should, to many great things I can say but to order from them through wal-mart mart and you can use whatever name and address plus the messed up on my order when I brought it to they attention I ended up with 8 free beans 3 of the 8 was promo the other 5 was cause instead of 5 blue dreams I got 3 so they sent me 5 northern lights fem to compensate and for me that was all I needed to say they are now my 1st option customer service is the best received my beans 6 days after I ordered received the replacements 5 days after I told them about the mistake they made without any additional cost being here in the south they are the best but don't confuse them with the original sensible seeds they are not them and to manyy bad reviews

Use the vault the guys are great they are active on here with giveaways and constantly doing comparative grows and if you have any questions or concerns they will be answered almost immediately. And unlike Herbie's you don't get the old junk ass free Afghans but something fresh and new.
I had problem with the humbolt seeds the purple wreck germinating so I emailed HSO and they talk to herbies which I just got email saying they sent out the 3 new purple wreck so herbies had made it right everytime I had a problem I would like to try attitude but not sure if I can use a debit card
