herbies head shop took my money!!!

i ordered 20 seeds from them ($157.16) and they never sent me a email or anything and its been 6 days the money was taken from my bank account but they never got back to me if i dont get my money back or the seeds plas more im not shopping there again!

WITCH OUT WHEN BUYING FROM THEM

If you paid by card you have a transaction number.

Quote this number to them and all should be resolved.

Don't just write off your order.

never got a number :/ and yea i know i have been shoping with them for about 6 months and everything was fine up until a few days ago

I've never had an issue with them and have placed several orders. Even when I needed a reship, it went off with out issue.

Call customer service.

If they've taken the money from your account then you'll have a transaction ID regardless of whether you had a confirmation from their site or not.

This transaction ID should be able to be found with your bank or card issuer.

You really should contact them and find out what the deal is before you come on here claiming they just took your money.
Herbies is usually pretty good at keeping people happy and have a great reputation. It's been six days !! Come on !! >:(
 
hmm yea i guess i should wait until they get back to me
i have just have had a bad week lost 2 plants and im losing my job so yea sorry guys ill let you know whats going on tomorrow monring

I understand. Anxiety from one area of life affects other areas. You should contact them again. Snafus happen even in the best businesses. They may have simply lost your order. Or it was intercepted. I've never used Herbies, but I've heard nothing but good about them.

I have ordered from Herbies many times without any problems. My last order with them, I placed my order and after 4-5 days of not receiving any confirmatiin emails, i decided to email them.

They got back to me the next day, informed me that when I had placed the order, I had put in the wrong email address (i screwed up a number). That is why it took them a day to get back to me, as they went through every order to find one with an email similar to mine.

After finding my mistake, they forwarded the emails to the correct address and 2 days later, my beans were in my mailbox.

Herbie's is top shelf in every respect. I'm sure it just slipped through the cracks somehow. I know they will make it good and your bank can give you the transaction number. Another option is to have the bank reverse the charge and reorder.

quick question for everyone does herbie's handle germination issues? Just asking because it says if they think you are going to grow em they won't sell to you.The freebies and two of the seeds I ordered sprouted within 1-3 days but the others were dud's it's been 11 days since I germed em

1) if they think people are buying them for souvineers then they are morons..

2) if they are selling them for souvineers only they would go out of business.


do you really think they dont know why people are buying them...
