I added a 2nd scrog. Started week 2 of flowering and I'm concerned it may stretch too high. On an unrelated note I got one of those stand up fans and hung it horizontally. Seems good for sending air out uniformally over the canapy. It's doing a "stand up" jobI got these freebies too, i'd like to see what your results are

I ran the Afghani this year, outside. I think I got a long flowering pheno or something, because I went to check on it yesterday and it still has white hairs and clear trichomes. It didn't produce much at all, but we had a pretty piss poor end of season, so I don't think it's a good representation of what this strain can do. The buds turned a pleasing purple pretty promptly after starting to flower. I just left the plant out there to be claimed by the elements due to the fact that little bit of bud it did produce is not ready.

Old thread I know, but I still got 2 of those seeds and was thinkng about growing them.
I’ve grown a Pure Afghan in the past and she looked like the pics in this thread. Not many trichomes but she was tasty and had a nice mellow buzz. I think real afghans just grow like that in the wild. Short, low yielding, just the way they’re supposed to be.
