Hempy Grow 2

I started this grow in party cups with a hole drilled an inch or so up the side of the cup. I just dip the clone in CloneX and stick the stem in 50/50 Mother Earth coco and perlite. I stuck the clones in a closed up walmart clear tote. Large enough to allow for growth. They rooted within 12 days. I am keeping one clone for renewed mothers and running M.A.C (Miracle Alien Cookies) and Gorilla Glue in the room. 6 plants total.

These were harvested with around 30% lower yield due to the smaller container size. They smoked up real nice though, too bad i'm all out of weed and going to the dispensary again.

when i did hempys, i found that doing multi feeds per day kinda made up for smaller sized containers. how were you feeding?
Every other day when they were thirsty. I usually lift the pots and judge by the weight. I never let them start to droop. I started a new grow from the same operation but I went from the cups right to the 5 gallon buckets. I'm gonna post a bunch of pics.

i do 1 or 2 tomato plants outdoors in hempys still. perlite/vermiculite in 5 gal buckets. they get huge. like 8ft tall

I'm gonna continue this thread so I don't flood the topics with hemp grow 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, etc. I take cuttings, dip them in clonex, and stick them right in a small hempy solo cup with a hole melted into the side with coco and perelite mix and use the seedling/cutting formula on the GH nute website and trickle a tiny bit of solution over them on the first couple of days before I soak the cup until the solution runs out of the hole and stick them in a sterlite clear tote under a 4' led shop light. I also have a warming pad under it to keep them warm. I transplant directly into the 5 gal and bottle feed them until they start to establish(4 weeks in cup, and one week of nursing). I step up the nutrient schedule as directed to 5-5-2.5-1 using micro, gro, bloom, and florolicious plus until 12-12.

I started out with perlite/vermiculite and never looked back. I've been growing hempy since 2020. I kept going back and forth from soil to hempy and i'm sticking with it for now. I tossed the idea of growing DWC, RDWC, SWC, Ebb-n-Flow, and soil and tried every one and went back to drain to waste hempy. They claim it uses a lot more nutrients but it doesn't. For instance. The mix for recirculating formula was 10ml per gallon up to 15ml per gallon times 50 gallons of RDWC system was insane, especially when they want you to drain and flush every week. Plus, having pumps, aerators, and using tons of water had the light bill creeping up. Ontop of that, it was near impossible to keep the temps down low enough to prevent algae foam from forming and learning the root structure of plants taught me that the roots need something to cling on to form microscopic structures that absorb more nutrients. DWC, etc also fattens the buds up with too much moisture making you think you're getting good yeilds but dries out with less dense, fluffy buds. Hempy has hard dense nugs that smokes just like hydro weed, super smooth.
