Yep, my husband and I went down, and took our little dog with us. Security said we couldn't take him in. Actually it wasn't
a good idea in the first place because of the huge crowds. We ended up leaving without going in. We will try again on
Sunday except this time leave the pup at home.
One of the parking garages charged $30 dollars to park. The attendant said we would have to pay the full $30 dollars, even
though we explained to her that we couldn't get into the venue because of the dog, and we weren't parked even 20 minutes.
She said that we would have to pay the $30 dollars, and then take it up with the company. I told her there was NO WAY we
were going to pay $30 for 20 minutes of parking. And I was going to complain to the BBB and whoever regulates parking garages. By the time we got to the truck, and down to the booth, it was less than 30 minutes, she said the owner told her to charge us just the $4 dollars. I didn't want to be a bitch, but common, really? $30 for less than a half hour of parking!
I did thank her for doing that for us, but I did forget to apologize to her. After all, she doesn't make up the prices, its the skanky
greedy owner.
out all.
