Hemp Papers?

I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not, but is it possible to make hemp papers from my plants when they are done? or would it be to hard/expensive?

It would be very hard. You would need to turn your leaves into a powder mix them with a low carcinogen glue and "press" each rolling paper. Some jobs are better left to expensive machinery

one thing you can do tho is roll blunts with fresh fan leaves and leave to dry in a wooden box. they look cool as hell.

I'm interested in this. I quit tobacco 10+ years ago and couldn't do it if I wanted to, so never had a blunt, but if I could do it with fan leaves then that might be a good option for me. I'm wondering how green (chloro) tasting it is. Anyway, how to you get the leaves to stick together, and stay that way after curing?

ever see japanese rice paper? it's an old and ancient art and not easy to learn but making your own paper can be done but hemp fiber isnt the same and i'm guessing would require more work to work the fibers into smaller and smaller particles to make a true rolling paper type paper material.

not sure it's worth the effort unless you're looking for another hobby. i like the idea of paper making but after looking into it some what i decided it was too much hassle just to have something to do in my spare time. i'll stick to building models or something.

I was going to respond to the OP that I have heard where people use leaves to roll blunts/joints, but you beat me to it. I would like to learn or at least see how it is done. Would the green leaves make for a harsher smoke or is that the reason they are cured (wooden box to dry)?:leaf::leaf::finger:

~Solo08~Do you have a link to the website where you found this? This is a keeper. Someday when I have grown an excess of MJ I can make oil and make a few of these. If I ever make one and smoke it I might be immobile for days, if not weeks, maybe forever:lol:.:leaf::leaf::finger:

didnt get it from a website. its a pdf that i cut the pages out of. i can tell you where i got it but its possible i downloaded it illegally. still interested?

I like the idea of making a weed cigar out of the fan leaves. I will have to try this. It looks to cool to pass up!!!
