Hempcon is a joke, so much so that I honestly feel like I was scammed. $20 to get into what was basically a very lame stoner flea market (do I really need to pay to look at 15 glassware vendors and a few t-shirt booths?), my friend and I had seen every single booth there and stopped at the only 2 grow related booths (one with floros and one with AC units - both pretty dull) - within 15 minutes of entering. We stuck around for an extra hour to hear a discussion on hydroponics, only to find that the online schedule was incorrect and that the discussion was actually on making tinctures.
This show was a joke, the organizer should be ashamed to have collected $20 a head for admission (I would not go back unless I was paid $20 to, I am absolutely not kidding). I'll be making a point to warn others against falling for this scam in the future.
