alrite well last nite jus sittin in my friends car smokin i now noee really stupid idea. so were in a resturant parkin lot we were guna eat rite afta words u noe get da munchies first then eat w/e lol when the D's pulled up da flashlite nd told us to get out da carr noww my friend bein the genius he is had pot on him less then an ounce i believe 12 grams in lil baggies inside a bigger baggie. HE said it was his but yet i got arrested for smokin so0o now all of a sudden we in da pricent n now im out on bail charged with criminal possesion of marijuana but i was only smoking n its a class b misterminer look i live in NY state im only 16 so i m charged as an adult any 1 got any good lawyers or noe were i can find one please let me noee i gota love my fukin luck please sum1 out there gota noe somebody let me noeee

check out norml's website. You'll probably get probation for 6 months to a year and if this is your first offense the misdeameanor might be wiped from your record after completion of probation/community service.

you should be able 2 beat it if you didnt tell them you were smokin and they didnt see you with it in your mouth, how can they prove you were smokin?? they cant!! unless you told on your self or your friends told on you, never say shit, i wouldnt take no deal for no bullshit like that fight it make them spend thousands of tax payers dollars, if you did tell on yourself and you have 2 take a deal make sure its a diversion you want it off you record when you complete probation, mostlikely it will be informal probation no po just dont get in trouble for six months and they drop it off your record

damm, what would u do in this case if you had plants growing? can they get a warrent for ur house or r u good???
