I have a question that could use some legal advice. I have an idea to be the middle man between, growers and dispensaries. I would like to buy a domain and create a website, allowing dispensaries and growers to contact me to either sell or buy product. I would only deal in bulk and high quality lab tested marijuana. I would act as FedEx, shipping it to different parts of California.

Example: I get contacted by a grower who agrees to the 10%-20% cut. I find that grower, a buyer.

In CA, law to carry is 24 ounces. 2 vehicles carrying 24 ounces could be around 10k. 20%/15%/10% profit = 2k/1.5k/1.k

Any of this not legal?

I'd love to hear from Growers, on why is this a bad idea or not appealing in someway.

the cops can haul u to jail and keep u there untill u tell them what info that want to know or 6 to 8 month passes and they figure out u are not going to talk


i was the middle man for my area my hands never touched the green or the trees ............i got a kick back from the ppl i told where to go and the ppl they got it from .......in 7 years of doing that my house was raided 3 times ...........each time they caught me with only my personal under a quater and when i was going in for trail they kept offering to drop the charges if i turned ppl in ..............i said i would and played them for 12 months( they got shit from me) then made the court case drag out anouther 11 months .......then they locked me up for 4 months

with the new laws in places they say one word u lost all your rights as a human they can hold u in lock up for as long as they want .............this has happend 7 times that press knows about and the whole gitmo thing (all those ppl are to be released but they are dragging feet about it and keeping ppl alive tho forced feedings)


u have no civil rights anymore thanks to 9/11 and ppl feeling scared and given them up ........................the simple fact it comes down to is this ........they will tell u what to do and if u do not listen they will hurt u untill u do

middle man is not safe ...................just start a small grow and hand off your extra to 4 trusted ppl to keep mouth shut about u (give it to them at a good price so they make profit they will keep your name out of it ) ..................if u get unlucky and get a talktive person the first time u hear anything about your name going around u must shut it down cut that person off and wait some time to start back up

Sounds awful to me. #1 if a dealer can't find a dispensary for his bud, its likely not the best or equal to. #2 the market you want to make is already there in the form of dispensaries, growers go directly to dispensaries thus eliminating the need for a middle man. Besides a 10-20% cut, thats just madness

In CA dispensaries can only legally operate as non-profit organizations that supply members ("patients") with medicine grown by other members ("caregivers"). Legally there is no room for a middleman. As sales are illegal.
