Most good bagged ( FFOF , EB Stone , Sunshine ) will carry growth from the medium and not from your nute bottles. You can “ supplement “ a medium with dry Nutes like happy Frog fruit and flower mixed in at lower 1/3 . It will aid in keeping medium from exhausting as it moves through flower with minor PK boost ( if necessary) at mid to late flower. You can practically make a water only medium by “ layering “ in this manner. Plus the autos MAIN life growth will Time exactly to how long the medium is already precharged.

It’s stupid simple running autos as plug and play plants .... also that tired old myth of autos bringing lower THC is absolutely wrong. 15 years ago ... maybe. Now , they are being constantly refined. The ruderalis addition is the “ third wheel “ of the cross and is there for speed of grow life. Most will finish before 90 days with a few Sativa heavy leaners. I grow them all the time and they operate better with more light , lesser feed. I keep ppm 600-800 and get a fire plant.

Not many run autos I've seen and most don't think highly of them for that reason and the yields i only ran one photo so far and I cannot seem to get over an oz per plant what kind of yields are you getting?..I've ran the FFOF and got around 3/4 oz with just water idk what I'm doing wrong with that soil

Yield depends many factors including grow environment, genetics .

SOILESS , hydro , DWC , Hempy grows the biggest autos. Outdoor grows can get pretty big too. Average pot sizes range 3-5 gallon containers. Bagged soil is the easiest , but custom soil mixes work well too. Any bigger container is a waste with soil medium .... but you can get some big ass girls with Hempy , octopot , Rez grows.

The more compacted the soil medium , the worse it roots. There limited veg stage needs to have as aerated a medium as you can get. Peat mixes work well plus adding perlite ( 25-30 % more ).

Yields vary from a couple ounces to more. You can top “ some “ strains at least once. You can LST them to open the mids and lower area. The key to more bud is breaking the apical ( Xmas tree ) shape that they normal shape to. Autos can run different even from the same seed stock , different structure, different feed requirements, sensitivity to stress , etc. ........ that’s why it just better to let them just express naturally. But simple tweaks can help ... like the LST .

Overfeeding , overwatering , manhandling and other unnecessary things that may slow it down will impact the end result. It takes a little practice to see what they like and don’t like.

Some mini scrog them , some LST the stalk to the side ( for lateral growth ) , tomato cage them ( to help shape ) ... etc. ....... SOG bag grows ( 1 gallon bags ) or black pots .



They are perfect for perpetual growing ... staggering a couple weeks between so you can harvest every 3 weeks for example.

It really surprising there is still a lot of hate about them ....sure you get duds , but you get good meds out of them too. Most of the crying comes from those that can’t grow them properly, it’s a god damn plant for crying out loud .... lol.

Try Dinafem , Dutch Passion , G13 , Bomb , Speed , spliff , humboldt and Mephisto.
