HELP!

Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my plants?,they are under a 250 mh lamp,in normal potting soil and just water

How long have they been in those tiny pots? Do you know if there is any fertilizer in the soil?

Looks like a baby in hot soil! Are you sure about the ten days?

Over watered and could use a transplant. Most potting soil has some nutrients in it. What is the temperature and humidity? Distance away from the light etc. I think a good transplant into a 1 gallon pot and reduced watering with a 1/4 strength fertilizer would get them going. Alternate fertilizer and water . . . can't stress enough not to over water them.

10 days in that tiny cup is too long to be under a 250w hid, a transplant with good drainage will help you out imho.

Thanks for all the replies guys really appreciate it,av got bigger pots and was gonna mix n some perlite and worm casings to soil before i repot,the 250 hd is about a 1200mm above plants,have fresh air supplied by fan but no botherd with oscillating fan yet?

Repotted them bit didnt bother with worm casings as soil has nutes already added
