Help

So my plant is 1 week from sprout .Grow medium in Coco Coir Been giving it just tap water at 6.0 ph. Under a 400w LED Solar storm at 22 inches. Was showing these signs before I gave it nutes, so I gave it its first nutes the other day but only 1/4 the recommended dose . But it is getting worse .Using the Flora series and a little calimagic. Any ideas what could be going on ???

i had a similiar problem i use to use distilled water i bought than figured i could go to tap and just ph it, wrong shortly after that they got bad burning on my leaves like browning crisping on the leaves tips making its way up from the bottom to the top bcz my tap water contained alot of salt chlorine and calcium magnesium.. and i left it out over night to rid it of the chlorine... and i watered them with that for like 2 week, once i switched back to distilled water the problem seemed to subside so maybe its the tap but like i said no expert just looks like a problem i had

coco needs nutes from week one and on. next water give her 1/2 nutes
