I have 8 White Widow, 2 Vanilla Kush, and 2 acapulco gold. 24 days old from seed.
Nutes Rotation:
Feed1: Cal-Mag, SuperThrive, Liquid Karma
Feed2: PureBlend ProGrow, SuperThrive
Feed3: Water ph 6-6.5

All nutes are applied 50-75% of Recommended Dosage.

Exhaust Vent: 160 cfm with Carbon Filter
Intake Vent: .21A/120v Computer Fan (4")
Ventilation: 2 oscillating Fans
Humidifier: YES
Medium: ProMix
Pots: 1 Gallon
Light: 600 MH (20" from canopy)

Since switching to 600w MH my room temp is 85.5 degrees and 32% RH.

Are those temps too high? and RH% to low?
Should I move the Ballast out of the room to lower temp? (it's digital/dimmable) or will the even make a difference.

Looking for some advice from senior growers. thx.

oh yeah, this is my first grow.View attachment 2467276

Yes the temps are a bit high, should be around 75, yes your RH is a bit low, should be around 50 BUT, your plants look good!!!

For my sativa-dom Jillybean plants, they did great 80-85, but I wouldn't let the temp go over that. Your humidity is a little low, but my humidity has been the same for the last two months (radiator heating in the apartment is very dry) and they've still done fine. That doesn't mean they wouldn't have done better with slightly more humidity (they might have), but this is what I'm working with and it hasn't seemed to hurt them -- I'm a couple of weeks or so away from harvest.

Here's one of my girls last week:

On a personal level, I'd rather have it be a little dry and avoid mold. The idea of mold freaks me out.

And your plants do look great -- healthy and happy! But is that the space you're going to flower in? It looks a little crowded to me...

Yes that is the space i'll be flowering in, when the time is right. I still have to clone and sex, then pick out the mothers. I'll have 4 that i will flower in there.

Temps won't be an issue if they don't go any higher and I don't see 4 mothers in that space bro. And the humidity is cool.
I might be able to fit two of my white widows in that space, and I'm still vegging for another week!
And your gonna want your mothers to be in pots bigger than a gallon.
Some say the theory of a rootbound plant is a myth and I'm not gonna argue that...
But I will say that your pot size and plant size will share a relative correlation bro, so you plants wont grow as big as they can in those pots.

lol, yeah bro I know. My mothers will be in 7 gallon pots in my mother/clone room. And I gonna have the rest in 3 gallon pots before flower in that room. I can't figure out why the humidity is so low. The ceiling of my room is not covered in panda film just plywood.....sooooo.....maybe the wood is absorbing the moisture...any ideas anyone?

Do you have a second hygrometer? If your humidifier is pumping and there are no other drying heat sources other than the light and the room isn't so large that the humidifier's output would get lost...maybe your hygrometer isn't working.

Just FYI, I have an indoor/outdoor thermo/hygro combination. And I thought it was working fine. Then one morning I opened my tent to find condensation on the walls. I checked the hygrometer, and it said 29% humidity. No fucking way...

I had just bought a small Caliber III for my cure jar, so I put that in the tent -- 80%. Checked the indoor/outdoor one again...still said 29%.

Humidity varies in a grow room/closet/tent. I've moved my humidity gauge around and found great differences from high (on top of canopy) to low (below canopy), so be careful with how you evaluate this problem. MJ does just fine in dry climates, but fucking bud mold or other high humidity issues can destroy your grow. You will also notice, right after watering your girls the humidity in your room will rise until some of the water in the pots begins to be absorbed/evaporate.

Also, if you are going to flower all of those plants in that small space, be prepared for battle.
