help?

Ok, I have a plant that sprouted around a week and a half ago and its about two inches above the soil, but it seems to have start growing? Am I just smoking to much and cant tell, its growing? Or is there an issue?

Growth = Good. NO Growth = Bad.

Pictures and more info would be helpful.

here are some pictures, the soil is from a greenhouse I work at, so I couldnt imagine its the soil, but im not sure. But its outside, and in a place that gets sunlight all day, (other then nite of course).
