Help!!!!!

Im new to growing i've just started mt first grow.

i was wondering from germination all my seeds cracked and produced a root i planted in soil but its been 24hrs and nothing has surfaced i have my lights on 18/6 how long until you see some activity? i think i might have messed up somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated

you posted the exact same thing in 3 sections ^^ but just do what robert said if 2-3 days go by and still nothing they prolly died

Turning the lights out causes initial harm to the plant. Allow the plant to grow towards the light and you should be fine.

Yes you wanna keep the lights on the whole time. I've grown under my apartments kitchen light many times. I keep the plants about 6 inches away from the florecent tube.

oh wow let me correct that 4 now i just seen it posted with a diff topic start the lights :P maybe try getting all your info in 1 thread instead of trying to communicate answers back and forth over 4
