help?

im supposed to turn my lights on at twelve but i forgot and didnt turn them on intill 2:58 they are around two weeks left till i crop maybe a lil less what should i do? i read on sumthing about causing stress by messing the time on the lights up to make it work harder to make it more dank but that was only by 1 hour not 3 hours

Just tell them that it was a cloudy morning. They will be fine, it only stresses the plants when thy get light during the dark period.
