Help!

Well I've searched everywhere and cant find out what this is. The plant has lighter coloring around the edges of the fan leaves and the inner leaves that just started growing are half shriveled up and growth seems to be stunted. Sorry for low quality pics best I can get ftm. So far this problem has only effected 2 out of 12 plants so if they die its OK but need to know just in case it happens again.

Ill try and put up a better pic later but growing enviroment is a wardrobe with a 250watt mh light. got 3 computer fans for air intake / exaust and a house fan to move it all around. temps are 70-80 degrees and humidity is ~30%

Well this thread can be killed because I decided today the plants are not worth saving. figured the pots should be used for healthy plants.
