If it's an Auto I'd consider doing it that early. If it's a photo, I like to wait until there's a few more nodes...I like to trim out a few nodes at the bottom for clearance and then top so that I have 3 or so nodes to train horizontally.

I typically top when there are 4 or 5 nodes. Seems to work for me but it may slow down the growth.

It is Royal Runtz femenised it is 1 month old and a have a small tent it is just 60x60x160cm

I see 5. Count the sets of full leaves (not the cotyledons).

And if i lst the plant are the branches that sprout new colas or just if i top i get colas ??

All branches can become colas, but you LST so that they'll go vertical off of the branch or stem you've bent horizontally and become way more even and more productive. LST doesn't sprout branches, but it terminates the growth of a main or lateral helps break any dominance.

I usually do that instead of a SOG when flowering. I call it 'knuckling' as it grows a little knot when you do it just right.I decided to bend her now we gonna see what happens...

No need to cut off fan leaves, leave them during Veg.
