Hello
Complete newbie here. Trying to grow first plants. Might someone be able to help me with what could be wrong with my plant? My husband just put Gaia green on top of the dirt last night and this is how it looks today

He said that he put 3tbsp/gal of Gaia green power bloom (2 8 4) as per the directions on the container. How much is one supposed to give if this is too much??

I'd leave it for now and see what happens. Flushing it will almost certainly make matters worst. Just focus on good watering technique, and water by the weight of the pot-lift it up and wait to water until it gets light. Good luck!

I would be shocked if a top dressing of that portion could cause that kind of damage overnight.

How's the environment?

So it seems that it is heat damage. He's got a heater in the tent keeping it approx 25c ..and this morning when he went to check on them...it's very wilted on the side closest to the heater. ( Its gotten much hotter lately outside...so our AC is running more...maybe making his heater run more often) Is there anything that can be done to save it? Also is it necessary to keep the tent that warm? Humidity is at approx 50.

If it's in a room by itself try adjusting the vent register. As long as you aren't harming the plant It'll grow. There's many ways to be in vpd range give this tool a try. VPD Tool

25 celsius? So 77F? That's daytime temperatures. They can drop down a little at night. In the winter time I let mine drop down to almost freezing and get the prettiest purple. But that's only the last to 2 3 weeks of flower.
