Help!

Plant is 60 days into flower showing signs of stress, tried a bunch of different things the. Got a micro scope and saw a couple critters. Is there a safe way to get rid of these this far into flowering??

You kind of got them at a good time you are going to have to shut down your room and sterilize it after harvesting. Where you hang the weed has to be also. I do not know enough to tell you what's good for them this close to harvest.
 
Predatory mites. It looks like you have some breed of mites. This close to finish they would be the only thing I would recommend. here is a decent article

You have a fight on your hands and are vastly outnumbered, get some backup.

I hate fucking mites! I got rid of some with a bit of dawn dish soap and garlic powder mixed up with water in a 1 quart spray bottle. Not during flower though.
