So Yesterday I went to a hydroponic store and buy a new light for my tent the guy suggested that I get a 600 W like I put in my tent for two hours came home my phone was dried up and soft what can I do to save the only one that looks savable

Basically you topped the plant. Nothing special to do for it, just don't drop anymore lights on it.
