Causing what? Be more specific.

if your talking about the shape of your leaves? It looks like over watering. More info to be sure

Let it get good and dry before your next water.

Let it get so dry that the pot is actually really light. You will the see the plant start to look sad almost. Droopy. When u see that feed or water depending on your schedule

Thanks. I’ll let them get really really dry next time. I usually water once they begin to droop.

But sometimes they droop before it’s complete dry. I’ll just wait the extra day next watering

Cheap probe helps me (that doesn’t sound right)
The weight will change it will be really light.
AND stick your finger down in the soil to your first knuckle or about an inch. If it’s damp it’s not ready.

Use as many of these as possible to know for sure. Until you know for sure.

Also do you have gnats? If so that’s another sign.

Photos without the HPS lights make diagnosis easier. Your plants look fine from the photo provided.
Also watch where you get your info from on here, a lot of new growers love giving advice they have no experience in....

focus on one good heavy watering weekly rather than 2 or 3 half gallon a week. you will run into root rot if the roots stay wet 100%. half a gallon every 3 days will keep that soil considerably wet. looks good other than that.
