HELP

I got 2 plants here one seems fine and the other seems a lot weaker and stem is also red.

Also does anybody have some nutrients they can recommend for me as a beginner

Red stems should be by cold stress .
Also your soil doesnt look fine for seeding .
Try jiffy pellet is the way better and less stressful for seeding .
Also there are many nutrients with goos reviews you should try to see which ones you could get more result by yourself.

They seem to be stretching towards the light. Do you plan on transplanting them at some point?

Your in a seedling stage,so dont worry about nutrients at this point,that'll come later.
Your soil doesnt look that great (see the other plant life starting to grow?)
Dont over water,skip the nutes for awhile and dont handle it much (dont wanna stress it).
Give it a bit,and try transplant into good soil.
As for recommendations...there are tons of nutes that are good.
I use fox farm and like it alot.
I'd goto amazon and spend $15 or so and get an led 45watt grow lite for seedlings.
