So this is only my second year growing outdoors last year i never made it to the bud stage but 2 weeks ago they started showing hairs which i took to mean they were preflowering.. so i put a generous amount of organic flowering nutrients into the soil.. now i have returned to find most of my plants looking stressed and growing 3 leaves out of the new growth.. Will my plants hermie? is there anything i can do to keep the stress level down? i have so much time and money into these babies im just freaking out about them getting ruined any help would be appreciated Roll it up family

Pictures would help alot. Where are you located? Clones or seeds? What strains? The bloom food shouldn't mess with the flower cycle that happens from the lighting schedule.

No current pics will get some asap..
The are Bulldog seed's NYC Sour Diesel grown from seeds since January indoors on an 18/6 light schedule... They were outside for a little over a month when they started to show hairs at the bud sites so I put about a half a quart of flower and pk boost nutrients...since then the leaves have started curling a little and growing 3 leaves...
Do you think I should be worried about hermie's?
Edit: also I'm in the northeast and it says I won't hit 12/12 light cycle until late September which seems crazy to me

Don't worry about the 12/12 date. Means nothing outdoors, as flowering starts long before that. My Blue Widow started flowering this week with 14:05 daylight.

When exactly did you put them out, and how much daylight did you have at the time? You may have a "minor" reveg going on.

So a good rain and maybe some nitrogen heavy super soil would do a good job? Because I have some mushroom compost baked with bone meal rock phosphate and garden lime with some perlite... Would that be smart to top feed with that or is that too much nitrogen?

I put them out on June 1st at probably 16 hrs of sunlight
